Mailing Services

For your convenience Heartfelt offers Mailing Services that include complete fulfillment based on your mailing list, as well as delivery to the post office. Cards can also be shipped to one or multiple offices throughout the country.

If you select "Mailing Service", Heartfelt will imprint your company's return address, as well as the addressees on envelopes in a script font. Click here to view a sample card and envelope. We will then stuff, seal, hand-apply commemorative postage and mail the cards.

Email your final list to Heartfelt at: CS@CharityCards.com

If you are using the Mailing Service in conjunction with Heartfelt's Birthday Program or Anniversary Program, be sure to include each client's birthday, anniversary or other appropriate date in the pre-designated column of the Mailing List template. Birthday cards are mailed out weekly and Anniversary cards are mailed out monthly. Please note the Mailing Service for Holiday cards may use labels for the addressees, rather than imprinting.

The Mailing List
Heartfelt's Mailing Service utilizes a spreadsheet format for smooth and efficient processing. Below we have provided templates and guidelines to aid you in the process.

Carefully review your list to ensure only those to receive cards are included, that all address fields are correct, and that there are no spelling errors or typos prior to sending to Heartfelt. When you are ready to send your final list, please email to: CS@CharityCards.com

When all is complete, we will confirm the mailing of your cards via email.

Fees
Fees are dependent on the number of cards to be processed for mailing, but will automatically calculate during the order process.

A $75-$150 database setup fee applies- first time processing only- assumes 1 return address; if more contact Customer Service at 1-800-464-7880 for pricing details.
There is a per card charge of .35 cents per entry for additions or adjustments to your mailing list after Heartfelt receives it. Any special revisions will be charged per hour. Once Heartfelt has reviewed your list, you will be notified in advance of additional fees if applicable.
