Shipping and Handling
All orders will be shipped by DHL Ground Delivery. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order and a confirmation upon shipment. DHL will not deliver to a post office box number. Please provide a street address. The Shipping and Handling charges are determined based on the 'zone' of the delivery location. There are four zones for the United States and costs are determined from Mundelein, Illinois. For DHL delivery to Hawaii or Alaska, shipments to countries outside the USA, or for orders in excess of 100 boxes, call Customer Service at 1-800-464-7880 or e-mail the specifics to us at CS@charitycards.com. For specifics on shipping and handling charges, please contact customer service at 1-800-464-7880. Please note that personal residences have an additional fee of $2.00 due to the costs charged by the delivery company. |
